453-property DDA auction Seven things to know about the massive

Bids are being accepted for 453-property DDA properties, comprising 157 plots, in various categories, including commercial, residential, institutional, group housing, industrial, and religious sites, by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA). Additionally, the Authority is seeking proposals for built-up stores, kiosks, and locations for CNG fuel stations.

The deadline to register for the online auction is November 6, 2023, 453-property DDA.

Seven items about the 453-property DDA program to be aware of are as follows:

The quantity and kind of plots:

A total of 157 plots in various categories, including 50 institutional, 12 industrial, 46 residential, 2 group housing, 28 commercial, and 19 small-size residential plots in Rohini, are up for bids. These plots are all offered for freehold.

Place and dimensions:

Residential plots may be found at Shalimar Bagh, Dwarka Sector 17, New Rajinder Nagar, West Patel Nagar, Mukherjee Nagar, Janakpuri, Rohini Sectors 25, 18, 7, 36, and 37. The sizes of these plots vary from 32 to 357 square meters. These plots range in size from 26 to 60 square meters.

These commercial plots range in size from 100 square meters to 12,602 square meters. These plots range in size from 10 to 399.6 square meters.

Pitampura, Laxmi Nagar, Bhalaswa, Lajpat Nagar II, and Rajouri Garden are the locations of the kiosks. The area is six to sixteen square meters.

Price: The reserve prices for residential plots vary from Rs 22.42 lakh to Rs 4.55 crore, and for group housing plots, they range from Rs 66.22 crore to Rs 70.50 crore. The reserve pricing for kiosk license fees varies from Rs 3,100 to Rs 10,500 per month. Reserve values range from Rs 8.56 lakh to Rs 6.75 crore for built-up establishments.

E-auction: There will be three days of online bidding for these assets. On November 7, there will be online auctions for institutional plots, CNG/green fuel sites, mobile tower sites, and kiosks. On November 8, there will be e-auctions for industrial, residential, and small-size residential plots; on November 9, there will be bidding for commercial, group housing, and built-up shop plots.

Since the market rates for both the residential and commercial sectors are greater than the reserve prices, the reserve pricing is quite alluring. There will probably be a large number of attendees.
