Best Time To Visit Rome

April, May, September, and October are the finest months to visit Rome (15°C–25°C). Flowers are in blossom and the weather is lovely in April and May. Although it’s a popular season for visitors, there aren’t as many of them as there are in the summer. September and October are great months to see Rome’s outdoor sights in comfort due to their warm weather. In contrast to summer, the number of tourists starts to decline.

Rome’s summer months, June through August, may be hot and muggy, with highs of 30 to 35°C (86 to 95°F). Since it’s the busiest travel season, prominent attractions may get quite crowded. Throughout the summer, Rome holds a number of outdoor events and concerts.

Rome experiences warm winters from December to February, with daily highs of 10-15°C (50-59°F). Evenings may get rather cold. Winter is a calmer time of year to explore the city because less people come to visit.
