THE DOLCE IS NEW TO THE REGION At the Palace Venaria Palace, an architectural, cultural, and artistic marvel, taste becomes regal. An enchanting location that captures and subdues with its elegance, majesty, and stateliness. The only restaurant inside a royal palace, Dolce Stil Novo’s, is located on the last floor, directly above Diana’s Gallery and one step below the sky. It offers a stunning view over the Gardens, the Fishpond, the Courtyard of Honour, and the Deer Fountain. A voyage of taste and emotion through history unlike any other.
Since the restaurant’s entrance is located in the inner courtyard of the magnificent Reggia di Venaria, the former home of the House of Savoy, one could argue that it has a regal atmosphere. After that, you ride the elevator to the fourth floor, where you’ll find the restaurant’s dining room, which is well decorated in a 1950s–1960s style and has a summer patio with garden views.
