Simran Gupta, Ananya Nagalla, and Vijay Dharan Datla are the main cast members introduced by Anveshi. Today marks the release of the VJ Khanna-directed film. Let’s examine the movie.

Story:

Dr. Anu (Ananya Nagalla) opened a hospital in her hometown at her father’s request and provided medical care to the community members. Anu and her father perish after the hospital catches fire under strange circumstances. A few days later, there were several killings in the vicinity of Anu’s former hospital. Vikram (Vijay Dharan Datla) sets out on a mission to discover the causes of the fatalities. Who is the murderer? How did Vikram come to know the reality? The main idea of the narrative is this.

 Extra Credits:

Ananya Nagalla, Simran Gupta, and Vijay Dharan Datla all put up outstanding displays. However, Ajay Ghosh was the star of the show. Vijay Dharan performed with a great deal of confidence. The hero’s attempt to solve the mystery, the serial killings that occur close to Anu’s hospital, and the forest scenes are all good plot points.

In addition to her attractive appearance, heroine Simran Gupta draws attention with her performances. Even with little time on screen, Ananya Nagalla makes an impression. A couple of the crime-related sequences in the second part are ok. Dil Ramesh, Racha Ravi, and a few other artists fulfilled their expectations.

Negative Points:

The most important criterion for thriller movies is to have a compelling story that keeps you interested all the way to the very end. Here’s when Anveshi makes a mistake. It will be better if we talk about exciting moments less. Despite the director’s best efforts, the picture fell flat despite a few strong passages. The first half of the screenplay has dull sequences and a languid pace. The characters and the crisis point were introduced by the director in his own sweet time.

The villain’s character is not impressively concluded. Many jokes fell flat, but a few cracked the code. Even if there was more room for humor, the director didn’t make good use of it. The narrative is standard, and the story is straightforward.

Technical Aspects:

The background score of Chaitan Bharadwaj is captivating. The film benefits from the amazing cinematography of KK Rao. The editing is passable. Filmmaker Ganapathy Reddy created the movie with no financial sacrifices. The action sequences and the conclusion were expertly directed by VJ Khanna, while the rest parts were a total failure.

Verdict:

Anveshi is an unremarkable thriller overall. Despite the strong performances of Simran Gupta, Ananya Nagalla, and Vijay Dharan Datla as the primary roles, the film’s tempo is incredibly slow and its narrative is mediocre. As a result, Anveshi is a letdown to watch.
