Dum Pukht Begum The menu is fairly elaborate and welcoming; we began with marag, a rich broth made with mild spices that are taken from the marrow of lamb. Served with naan nazuk, a leavened bread filled with pistachio and almond shards and garnished with malai. native cuisine Kakori is a melt-in-your-mouth kebab made with pounded lamb marinated in a variety of spices and nuts; it is skewered and roasted over a sign. Murgh khatam shikanja is chicken breast stuffed with enhanced nuts and fried over a sign in a vice-like crib called shikanja. To balance the amounts of carbohydrates, lipids, and protein, sheermal and roghani roti were offered at each beginning.

Try their specialty dishes, which include the big Mughal roast, tartare change, Begum’s mahi qaliya, Asaf Jahi murgh qorma, and Dakhni chow in the non-vegetarian part and Asifia Badami aloo do pyaaza in the vegetarian section.
