Story
Raju Sundaram, played by Surya Teja, works very hard to succeed in the movie business. His goal is to direct TFI films, but he runs against producers who want to make needless alterations to his scripts. Meenakshi Goswami, Raju’s girlfriend, urges him to work, but he is unwilling to give up the entertainment business. Due to his mother’s medical condition, a significant sum of money is needed for the procedure. Raju has little choice except to search for quick cash, but he finds himself in a terrible situation. The movie is about how he recovers from it.
Positive Points in Bharathanatyam Movie:
The right before the midway point is a decent criminal sequence. Surya Teja Aelay performed admirably in his feature debut. Still, certain areas could be used better.
There is some respite in the final ten to fifteen minutes of the Viva Harsha movie. This specific segment of the movie is enjoyable, and the humor fits in this place. Both Harshavardhan and Ajay Ghosh do well in their respective parts.
Minus Points in Bharathanatyam Movie:
Because Bharathanatyam’s story lacks an engaging hook, it is unable to pique our interest. The screenplay must be compelling even in cases where the storyline is weak or has been previously explored. Unfortunately, Bharathanatyam also makes a mistake in this regard.
The story doesn’t flow or make sense for most of the movie, which gives it a disorganized vibe. The effect is significantly reduced by the uneven storytelling and the mediocre plot.
In the first half, the creators tried their hand at spoof humor with Viva Harsha, but it was never successful. The crew tried to make people laugh with dark comedy in addition to spoofs, but it didn’t work out so well. There are occasionally moments where the protagonist is set up for success.
To find out what the movie is about, one impatiently awaits the intermission. Our attention wanes as soon as the primary argument is made clear. Except for the last few seconds, the second half is likewise fairly dull.
Movie Technical Aspects:
The music of Vivek Sagar is mediocre at best. The same holds for backdrop scores. The production values are good, and Venkat R Shakamuri has fascinating graphics. The movie gets boring in a lot of spots, therefore the editing is subpar.
The screenplay and storyline need to have been handled with more consideration. Even though the plot isn’t original, the movie wouldn’t have been as engaging if it hadn’t included a few gripping scenes, particularly in the second part of the runtime.
Movie Verdict:
All things considered, Bharathanatyam is a weak criminal comedy with a convoluted plot. There are numerous dull scenes in the movie, and the execution isn’t any better. There aren’t many memorable passages, although Surya Teja, making his debut, gives a passable performance. The comedic interlude featuring Viva Harsha towards the end is excellent, but it isn’t enough to turn the tide.
